Sculpture, variable according to the height of the ceiling.
Collection: Collection M HKA, Antwerp.
Vadim Fishkin explores the relationship between art and science with photographs, drawings, installations and sculptures. Many works by Fishkin simulate physical phenomena. They try to make those natural processes that transcend ordinary perception measurable and representable, and that way, to gain control over them. With sharp, theatrical yet light-hearted humour, Fishkin refers to the futility of technology, as a metaphor for absurd human desires and ambitions.
