Christopher K. Ho is a New York-based artist. His 2010 solo exhibition Regional Painting—an Artforum Critic’s Pick— involved a yearlong sojourn in a mountain shed covered in license plates in search of regionalism.
Solo shows include Lesbian Mountains in Love at the Des Moines Art Center (2010), Et in Arcade Ego at Galeria EDS in Mexico City (2009) and Happy Birthday at Winkleman Gallery (2008), the last reviewed in the New York Times, Art in America, and ArtReview. His work was included in the 2009 Incheon Biennale, the 2009 Chinese Biennial, the 2008 Busan Biennial, and recently in group exhibitions at the Queens Museum, the Cranbrook Art Museum, Socrates Sculpture Park, and at MASSMoCA at the Berkshire Botanical Gardens. He received his BFA and BS from Cornell University and his MPhil from Columbia University.
