As a promoter of visual poetry, he uses the magazine as a mouthpiece for his compositions and those of his peers, which are difficult to publish. Like other neo-avant-garde work of the sixties, the 'integration' of the various art forms plays an important role in the process. Together with the painter Miguel Angel Guerena, Vigo publishes his first magazine in 1958, called WC, soon followed by a second,DRKW. The latter however was short-lived too. It is only with Diagonal Cero, and its first issue in 1962, that Vigo succeeds in giving greater coherence and permanence to his publications. Als promotor van de visuele poëzie hanteert hij het magazine als een spreekbuis voor de moeilijk publiceerbare composities van zichzelf en van gelijkgezinden. Daarbij speelt, net als bij andere neo-avantgardisten van de jaren zestig, de 'integratie' van de diverse kunstvormen een belangrijke rol. In 1958 publiceert hij, samen met de schilder Miguel Ángel Guereña (°1930, La Plata, Argentinië) zijn eerste tijdschrift *WC*, dat al snel opgevolgd wordt door een tweede initiatief, *DRKW*. Ook dit is echter geen lang leven beschoren. Pas met [*Diagonal Cero*](http://ensembles.mhka.be/ensembles/diagonal-cero), waarvan het eerste nummer in 1962 het licht ziet, slaagt Vigo erin zijn publicaties meer coherentie en permanentie te geven."},{"locale":"fr","short_description":"","description":""},{"locale":"ru","short_description":"","description":""},{"locale":"de","short_description":"","description":""},{"locale":"es","short_description":"","description":""},{"locale":"el","short_description":"","description":""}],"locations":[{"country":"Argentina","place":"La Plata","category":{"en":"Born in","nl":"Geboren in","fr":"Né à"}}]}
