The multimedia installation """hhheiligggkkkarrrousellldddommm"""" is a site-specific work made up of pianos and several plush bears, both recurring objects in Palestine's visual work. Most of the plush bears come from second-hand shops—which the artist calls orphanages—and function as readymades. He incorporates them in his work by building altars for them or attaching them to self-built walls. They always play a central role in his installations. In this way, the discarded cuddly toys acquire a different meaning; Palestine turns them into sacred objects. The installation ""”Hhheiligggkkkarrrousellldddommm"""" was recently acquired by the M HKA.
