Learning from Art* (M HKA, 2006). First, that of the school or academy, the place where art is taught in a practical as well as a theoretical way. And, secondly, that of art as a pedagogical experience. Because learning is a life-long and life-wide process that should not be limited to the boundaries of schools and academies. The world of art is a place par excellence where this process can flourish to its maximum and can assume the function of an experimental learning environment. A great deal can be taught by the work of art, the artist, the place where it is exhibited [e.g. the museum], and art in general.\r\n\r\nThe contribution of Joëlle Tuerlinckx resumes today in MUHKADEMIE.
