In this aquatint etching, Goya depicts a scene where men hold lances like picadors, in balance and threatening at the same time.\r\n\r\n*“The way of the world. The people laugh and play bullfighting with each other. He who yesterday played the bull plays today the toreador. Chance rules the game and assigns the parts according to her caprices.”* – Goya \r\n\r\nThe preparatory phase of Tordoir's re-working is put to the test in all its possibilities: in collages, live impersonations, photo sessions and performances with friends. The way of the world.
