De relatie tussen het kunstwerk en haar sociale context wordt onderzocht. De kunstenaar heeft een poging gedaan om de materi\u0026euml;le en spirituele aspecten van het werk te verenigen. De kinderslee, een concreet feitelijk voorwerp, geeft aanleiding tot een directe ervaring en wordt vaak geassocieerd met een herinnering aan onze kindertijd.
